Charles Owen, MD., is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician. Dr. Owen has practiced Emergency Medicine for over 40 years, and Clinical Informatics for 30 years. Dr. Owen earned his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston Texas, and completed his training at Presbyterian St Luke’s Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Owen is passionate about leveraging technology to improve access to care and provide more personalized services. He is involved in several projects attempting to “move medicine to the metaverse”, ultimately aimed at making healthcare more accessible and equitable. When he is not in the office, Dr. Owen enjoys spending time outdoors gardening and working on landscaping projects.
