Health Assessments Overview
Thyroid Panel
In Clinic
$100
The test, called a thyroid function test, looks at levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), triiodothyronine (T3), and thyroxine (T4) in the blood. The thyroid plays a major role in regulating metabolism—the process by which body cells convert nutrients into energy—and thereby helps regulate body temperature, heart rate, and even brain function. The method of collection is a blood draw.
Vitamin Panel
In Clinic
$125
The Vitamin Panel measures the amount of Vitamin B9, B12, D, Magnesium and Ferritin in your body. The blood test checks the levels of essential vitamins to identify any deficiencies and determine if supplements are needed. The method of collection is a blood draw.
Male Hormone Panel
In Clinic
$250
This panel tests for Total Testosterone, Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), Free Testosterone, Dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEA-S), Prostate Specific Antigen (Total PSA), and Cortisol. Male hormones are vital for the health of the reproductive organs, muscle size and strength, bone growth, sex drive, and sperm production. The method of collection is a blood draw.
Female Hormone Panel
In Clinic
$250
This panel looks for Estradiol, Progesterone, Follicle-stimulating Hormone (FSH), Luteinizing Hormone (LH), and Cortisol. Female hormones are essential for reproduction, keeping cholesterol in control, bone strength, brain & heart function, and the health of skin and other tissues throughout the body. The method of collection is a blood draw.
Diabetes Screening
In Clinic
$50
This panel screens for Type 1, Type 2, and Gestational Diabetes. The main markers that are used to diagnose these conditions are elevated blood sugar levels, elevated HbA1c, and ketones in the urine. The method of collection is a blood draw.
General Wellness Screening
In Clinic
$200
A General Wellness screening can provide an important snapshot of your overall health by measuring the amount of each type of lipid in your blood. This information can be used to determine your risk of heart attack, stroke, and other problems caused by cardiovascular disease. The method of collection is a blood draw.
Inflammation Panel
In Clinic
$100
This panel looks for levels of C-reactive protein (hsCRP), Sed Rate, Uric Acid, and Cortisol, which are all markers of inflammation. Inflammation is the body’s natural response to protect your tissues if you’ve been injured or have an infection, but chronic inflammation can have serious health implications. The method of collection is a blood draw.
SoCal Allergy Panel
In Clinic
$250
Not sure what’s causing your uncomfortable symptoms like an itchy throat, watery eyes, and sneezing in Southern California? This information is a helpful step toward understanding which allergens may be causing unwanted symptoms, so you can better prepare for allergy seasons and reduce exposure in your home.
Food Allergy Panel
In Clinic
$150
This test evaluates for the presence of an allergy-related antibody (immunoglobulin E) detected in your blood to specific foods including corn, walnuts, peanuts, wheat, shrimp, egg whites, clams, codfish, cow’s milk, soybeans, rice, barley, lobster, and sesame seeds. The method of collection is a blood draw.
