+ How do I book an appointment?
You can book an at-home appointment from our website. Simply select your desired treatment, put in your address to check if we service your area, and fill out a quick questionnaire. We’ll handle the rest – all you need to do relax in the comfort of your own home.
+ Can I add more people to my appointment?
Yes. You can add additional individuals who are at your location of service by using the “Add More People” feature when booking an appointment. Your additional dispatch fees will be waived when booking multiple people at the same address under the same appointment.
+ Do you take my insurance?
We do take insurance. Please check with your health insurance company on your specific coverage for our services.
+ Will I be able to see when the nurse is arriving at my house?
Yes! You will get a text message from your nurse with a link to track their location and ETA in real-time.
+ What House Call services does Sameday Health currently offer?
In select locations, Sameday Health is currently offering COVID-19 Tests, Vitamin Injections, STD Testing, IV-Drip Therapy, Flu A/B Testing, and Health Assessments.
+ Where is Sameday Health offering House Calls?
Sameday Health is currently offering House Calls in Annapolis, Arlington, Aspen, Atlanta, Boston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York and Westport with limited enterprise services in Chicago, Denver, Montclair and Nashville. + How do I recieve my results?
You will receive your results via a text and email notification with a live link to login to view your results.
+ How do I cancel/reschedule my appointment?
Please contact our White Glove Team at +1 (310)-853-1418 to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Please be mindful that our nurses are in transit. We request at least a 2 hour notice for any cancellation/reschedule.
+ What is the refund policy?
*Please note there is a 45min arrival window for all Housecalls appointments. This means that the appointment duration begins at start time of which you are notified and could end well before. If the medical resource is less than 1 hour late, after the arrival window, there is a 50% refund. If the medical resource is 1 hour or more late, after the arrival window, there is a 100% refund.
+ How soon will I get results from my House Call appointments?
Please refer to the turnaround times next to the test or service when you book on our website, and make sure that the correct At-Home location is selected.
