Through personalized, tailored care, our medical professionals are able to address a myriad of health concerns including but not limited to:

+ Will my insurance cover this?

The virtual care visit is an out-of-pocket service that is $50. If a medication prescription is needed this may be covered by your insurance.

+ How long is the virtual care visit?

The virtual care visit is approximately 20 minutes long via Zoom.

+ How can I sign up?

Appointments can be booked through the Sameday Health website. Simply select a date, time, input your personal information, and answer a few questions pertaining to your health history and concerns.

+ How can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please email [email protected] or call (310) 697-8126. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment. If a cancellation occurs within the 24 hour time period before the appointment, you will be charged for the appointment in full ($50).

+ How can I message my provider?

After booking, a confirmation email will be sent with an invitation to create an Elation Passport, an all-access patient portal in Elation where provider’s notes, lab results, and messages to and from your care team can be accessed.

+ How do I join the virtual visit?

Before the appointment, Sameday Health will send out an invitation to join a Zoom link (via email and text). Simply click this link to enter the provide’s waiting room. At the appointment time, the doctor will let you into the call.

+ How much does the virtual visit cost?

The virtual care visit is an out-of-pocket service that is $50 per virtual care visit.

+ Who can book an appointment?

Currently our virtual care appointments are available to only California residents that are 18 years or older.

+ Can a Sameday Health provider refill or order medication prescriptions?

Yes, if the provider deems it medically necessary to prescribe medication, then they are able to prescribe or refill medications.

+How will I receive my medications?

We offer 2 options to obtain your medication. You may select to pick up your medication at a pharmacy of your choice or use our partnered courier pharmacy, Capsule, which offers same-day delivery of medications straight to your door.
